Assess7 offers 3 levels of service to achieve this:

Level 1

Assess7 will work with you to:
 
  • select the most appropriate psychometrics and ability tests to match the Job specification and job description
  • Administer the psychometrics and ability tests
  • Analyse the psychometrics and ability tests
  • Feedback to the Candidates - the results of the psychometrics and ability tests
  • Feedback to you - the results of the psychometrics and ability tests

Level 2

Assess7 will work with you to:
 
  • Provide all the components of Level 1
  • Provide an experienced interviewer to assist with designing a structured and competency based interview and to act as a lead or key contributor during the interviews
  • Assist with the decisions relevant to second interviews or final selection decision

Level 3

Assess7 will organise and manage the complete recruitment campaign (with your approval) which will involve:
 
  • Write the job description
  • Compile the person specification
  • Design and place the job advert in the most suitable media
  • Handle responses generated by the job advert
  • Decide the initial short listing of candidates for interview
  • Invite short listed candidates to interview
  • Send out letters to those who were unsuccessful at the application stage
  • Arrange the assessment and interview venue
  • All the components of Level 1
  • All the components of Level 2
  • Send out letters to the unsuccessful candidates

Getting the RIGHT candidate

By assessing candidates, Assess7 can reveal aspects of preferred operating style and characteristic traits that would not normally be discussed during the interview. Assess7 can also establish a candidate’s aptitude and skills.
