Performance Management

Assess7 assists organisations determine the abilities, skills and attitudes of their employees using the objective process of assessment. Aligning the needs of the organisation with the findings from the assessments – appropriate decisions can be made regarding an individual’s training and development needs. This process saves organisations from wasting time, resources and £££ on unnecessary training and contributes to reducing staff turnover.
Assess7 uses assessments to understand individuals who may be under-performing or appear to have some performance problems. By completing a personality questionnaire, a poor performer is given the opportunity to examine their behaviours and characteristics. With the support and guidance of an Assess7 assessor, the individual is encouraged to confront and take action for the issues under concern.
Sometimes key issues in an organisation, such as poor performance, low morale, resistance to change are a result of the culture of the organisation. Assess7 has a unique and creative way of utilising the data generated from the assessment process to analyse information such as the culture of an organisation, common traits amongst SMT’s and departments/services or the most frequently cited trait of certain professions.
