Brainstorm is a management exercise that presents candidates with a variety of challenging business situations, and asks them to generate a list of ideas, suggestions and solutions.
Brainstorm has been developed to provide a structured measure of occupational creativity. This important skill is not measured by traditional tests, which tend to focus on specific reasoning skills directed towards finding a single correct solution.
